I didn’t become a health coach solely through textbooks; I arrived here through the agony of being sick and the desperate search for a way out. Born naturally fit, I ignored my body's needs until it broke down at age 37. I faced terrifying panic attacks and fatigue so severe my body would literally collapse.
My path to redemption involved:
